Welcome to StriveSide

These terms govern your use of the StriveSide app and services provided by Unicorn Empire ("we", "us", "our"). By using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Using StriveSide

StriveSide is a running companion app. You may use it to:

• Track your runs
• See other runners worldwide on a live anonymous map
• Share your run summaries
• Connect with the global running community

You agree to use the app only for its intended purpose — running.

Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your login details secure
• You must provide a real email address to use the app
• You may not create accounts on behalf of others without their permission
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms

Location and safety

• You use the app during physical activity at your own risk
• Always be aware of your surroundings when running
• StriveSide shows only approximate, anonymous locations — we do not enable real-time tracking of specific individuals

Subscription and payments

• StriveSide offers a 1 month free trial period followed by a subscription at €2.99/month
• Payments are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your app store settings
• Refunds are subject to Apple and Google's respective refund policies
• We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice

Acceptable use

You agree NOT to:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer or tamper with the app
• Use the app for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to impersonate other users
• Use automated tools to interact with the app

Intellectual property

All content, design, and code within StriveSide is owned by Unicorn Empire. The StriveSide name, logo, and "Strivory" are our trademarks. You may not use them without our permission.

Disclaimer

StriveSide is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it running smoothly but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of the app during physical activity. Always remember to stretch before and after.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes will be resolved in Irish courts.
